Found Objects
Found objects have a built in history and material language and serve as a catalyst for storytelling. They communicate in a way that presents a new idea through a commingling of seemingly unrelated old parts. Collecting unique objects is a way to embark on a journey of making. By reanimating forgotten objects we borrow from their past to create new formal and intellectual relationships that highlight the inherent beauty of each object.
