UNITED WAY COASTAL EMPIRE

United Way commissioned Toole Sculpture Works to create the Legacy Giving Tree. The design for this project is inspired by the Candler Oak, a Georgia Landmark and Historic Tree. The trunk and branches are forged steel with a dark patina and the wooden wood is steam bent white oak. The leaves are silicon bronze and have three various sizes and shapes. Small and medium leaves are patinated brown while the larger leaves are polished and engraved with the names of those who support the Legacy Giving Campaign for the United Way of the Coastal Empire. The wooden component of this project was crafted by Seth Nelson.
